Thoughts and Prayers Please pray for Joe McDonald, great grandfather of Jack and William Frame. Continue to pray for the healing and improved health of C. Greuel, grandfather of Elliott and Teddy Hattaway. For Señora Connie Fox-Arrington, grandmother of Trinity and Thomas Martin and our beloved CSSE Spanish teacher, who is going through aggressive breast cancer treatment.
Prayer for Intercession from Fr. Stanley Rother O faithful shepherd, Blessed Stanley Rother, as priest and missionary, you tilled the soil with your hand and invited Christ Jesus to till the soil of your soul. You became a sign of the love of Christ the Good Shepherd for your People, and blessed their lives by your ministry. You stood firm and did not run from danger, bringing glory to God and His Church in your martyrdom. Blessed Stanley, obtain from the heart of Jesus healing and full recovery for those for whom we pray, and pray for me, that I too may be a sign of Christ’s love among His people. Teach me to faithfully till the soil of this life in the reality given to me by our Father, unafraid to stay with those God has given me, no matter the cost. Through Jesus Christ Our Lord. Amen.

I realize that I was gone from Nov. 15th until we came back In January and no payment reminders were sent home. As to date you should have received two balance notifications and many of you took care of them right away. However, there are still many accounts that are $30.00 and more in the negative. I must ask you to take care of these balances as soon as possible, preferably by next Monday. If you have any problems please do not hesitate to call me at 751-0067 ext.149. I will work with you anyway that I can to help clear up these accounts. Sincerely, Tina Hackett - School Cafeteria Manager

Networking, Fellowship Opportunity “Amazing, absolutely amazing” is what people are saying. I’m a cradle Catholic and I agree something special is happening at St. Eugene’s. Christmas is behind us and ordinary time is beginning but there is nothing ordinary about it. This something has been with us for a couple of years and is beginning to catch fire. The payback is tremendous, both personally and for those at home, at work and anyone in your life. I’m talking about participating in Catholic Christian Outreach (CCO) groups. These are not bible studies but rather simple truths and principles for joyfully living the Catholic faith. You don't have to be a Catholic to join.
I’m starting a new group for men and others are starting co-ed and women’s groups. I challenge you to take a small leap of faith and sign-up for a new group starting this month. Expand your circle of friends, faith and learn the good news all over again. Christ is with us every day and it’s evident in these small groups. It’s fun, invigorating and you’ll want to share. You may contact me Craig Whitbeck or Mary Suto for more information,
[email protected], (405) 659-0580 or
[email protected], (405) 241-5074. My new group is starting on Wednesday, January 31st, 6:30 pm in the Brides Room.
