The Catholic School of St. Eugene offers a program for families with children who may need childcare supervision after school. Enrollment options are available to best suit your family needs and are charged separately in addition to school tuition. Students must be enrolled in Extended Care and have a form on file to use Extended Care options.

The After Care Program begins at school dismissal time each day and lasts until 5:45pm. The children are divided into smaller separate groups (cohorts), and activities for each group vary according to the ages of each group of children. We offer homework study time (2nd grade and up), group play, recreational activities, nutritious snacks and a safe place for each child. Please note - no toys from home are allowed at school, and this includes at Extended Care.

Pick up is on the west side of the school. Park in the north lot and walk down the west sidewalk until you reach the recessed Extended Care door.

We keep the south parking lot (north of the playground) vehicle-free until Aftercare ends (5:45pm) as it is reserved for Aftercare play on the blacktop and at the basketball goals. Please adhere to these measure so that we keep kids safe.

Teachers who parked in the large lot in the morning are the only vehicles that should be on the large lot, and they will also avoid driving across the lot more than necessary to reach the driveway. Always drive slowly and be aware of any students who may be out on the blacktop area.

Families who do not pick up their students by 3:30 pm (2:30 pm on Tuesdays) will have a fee applied to their FACTS account. Students will wait in the office with Mrs. Goldsworthy until someone picks them up. There will be a fee for late pick up.
