Tomorrow is our first day of school! The school day starts at 8am, so give yourself plenty of time to be at drop off beginning at 7:40am. 

Drop Off/Pick Up Reminders (PreK & Kinder):

☐ Please be Polite, Punctual, Patient, and Pay attention in parking lots. Hold your child’s hand.  NO CELL PHONES!

☐ Please create a good-bye routine for your child (quick good-byes are best).

☐ O’Hern and Price Drop Off: You will enter the south lot, park in Eagle Cove, and walk your student to the door. Please follow the route on the Map. Be mindful of 1st-8th cross traffic and pedestrians in the Eagle Cove lot. Look to the teacher on duty for directions as you exit the Cove in the morning.

☐ Bailor, Taylor, and Teague park in the Hefner lot and walk up to drop off at the NW glass doors. Please be vigilant in the north parking lot. Do not drive in the area directly in front of the classrooms. On our Drop Off and Pick Up Procedures Maps, this is designated as our Pedestrian Zone.  KINDER - Parents may walk their child down the hall to the classroom on Thursday and Friday only.  After that, kinder students will separate from parents just inside the north door and walk to class independently.

☐ Afternoon Pick Up: all Pre-K will dismiss through the NW glass doors by Music. Park and walk up. Kindergarten will release from their north exterior classroom doors.

Pick Up Reminders (1st-8th):

☐ Please be Polite, Punctual, Patient, and Pay attention in parking lots. NO CELL PHONES!

☐ For 1st-8th, please place your orange carpool tag where school staff can read. Preferably on your passenger side visor and angled to be visible from the sidewalk.

☐ If you do not have your orange carpool tag, we will give you one at dismissal time tomorrow. If you have an old one, you can use it. 

☐ DO NOT ENTER the 1st-8th Afternoon Pick Up Line from the north driveway that goes east around the church. That driveway may ONLY be used in the morning.

*** 6th - 8th grade parents: do NOT enter the carpool line or parking lot until 3:10. Please do not come in and park in the lot and try to merge into the line. 

☐ Do not block the exit from the carpool line out to Utica and Greystone. The 2nd lane (inner lane) begins at the playground gate.

☐ Make sure pick up contacts are updated in FACTS.
