Ladies & Gentlemen, 

It is time for Bubbles and Bowties: The St. Eugene 2022 Gala! 

We are so excited to see everyone, to support our church and school, and to celebrate our honoree Judi Wilkinson. 

Just a few notes about our evening:
 
The Gala will be held April 22, 2022 at The Skirvin Hilton, located at 1 Park Avenue, Oklahoma City.
 
Valet will be available for a fee and also in the Sante Fe Parking Garage next to the hotel. Give yourself plenty of time there will be traffic from the OKC Arts Festival and guests in town for the OKC Memorial Marathon.
 
Check in will open at 6:45pm.  Please check in at our registration tables to receive your bidder # and table #, and to put your credit card on file if you have not already.
 
From 7:00 - 7:45pm will be a cocktail hour with complimentary wine and beer!
 
Also during this hour you will be able to preview Silent & Live  Auctions Items, time to purchase Raffle Tickets, beads for Heads or Tails, chances for a Caribbean Getaway, and beer cap bingo!
 
PLEASE NOTE:  All bidding for the auction will be through our online system. You will have direct access from your phone during the evening. If you would prefer to pay by check or cash you will have that option after the auction closes. All auctions and pulls will CLOSE AT 9:30PM

Please come early so you have plenty of time to bid! Also please come ready to take your auction item with you if you are in attendance! 

Dinner and the presentation will begin at 7:45pm and the Live Auction will begin at 8:30pm.
