Hello, my name is Trisha Goga and I am excited to be filling the newly established role of Dean of Students and Student Support Services. As a St.Eugene alumni and active church parishioner, I am thrilled to be coming back to where my education began and a place that feels like home. I am a Nationally Certified School Psychologist who has worked in both public and private schools as a school psychologist and school counselor. I am certified to teach English and Psychology (5-12 grades), have coached competitive and school basketball (4-12 grades), and am a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) working toward obtaining my Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. I am also a NASP PREPaRE Crisis Curriculum Trainer and am certified in the NCTSN Psychological First Aid and Skills for Psychological Recovery crisis intervention strategies. I am coming to this job from the Oklahoma State Department of Education where I served as a Crisis Team School Psychologist and co-developed, co-trained, and co-led the state’s Crisis Response and Recovery Team. My research and professional interests consist of school crisis management prevention through recovery, school-based threat- and suicide-assessment, multi-tiered systems of support for academics, behavior, and mental health, applied behavior analysis, social-emotional learning, counseling, psychoeducational testing, and trauma-responsive practices.
I am blessed with a supportive, loving, and hard-working husband, Ryan, and two healthy and happy little girls, Nora and Vivian. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, running, traveling, and volunteering.
