PARKING: Park on Greystone and surrounding neighborhood streets between 8am-11am. It's Earth Day, so carpool or ride your bike if you can.
BRING: Refillable water bottles, large shovels and rakes (for moving mulch and dirt), hand tools for planting and weeding, wheelbarrows or wagons (for moving mulch and dirt), work gloves, tree pruners, etc. If you are handy, you might bring your tool box to help assemble the garden shed. PLEASE LABEL YOUR TOOLS.
TIME & TALENT: We have a Sign Up Genius listing areas we need an adult to supervise. There are also items we need like mulch, bottled water, and trash bags. For every $10 you spend, you get one hour counted toward school Time & Talent.
FREE DRESS DAY: Any school family that works at St. EuGREEN Fest gets a FREE DRESS DAY for all kids in the family on Monday, April 23rd. (See free dress guidelines here). Families that are not able to attend St. EuGREEN Fest may still purchase FREE DRESS DAY for the entire family for $10. The money will go to Green Team to help fund projects like this one. Please send money to the school office by Monday, and include memo "Green Team-Free Dress."
WEATHER: April/Oklahoma weather is unpredictable. If it is sprinkling, we will probably still hold the work day. If it is raining, we will make the call by 7am Saturday morning. Check the school website and Facebook page for the update.
